Welcome to Bella Voi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online booking system, and services provided at our spa. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Online Booking and Payments
a. Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked through our website or via third-party platforms such as Google and social media channels. To secure your appointment, you may be required to provide a deposit.
b. Payment Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Payment can be made via our secure online payment system. The deposit amount will be applied towards your total service cost. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be subject to our cancellation policy outlined below.
c. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and other online payment methods. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your payment information; it is managed by third-party payment processors.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
a. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee equivalent to the service amount.
b. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided notice within the 24-hour window, you may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the service amount. This fee will be charged to the payment method used to secure the appointment.
4. Changes to Appointments
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit if the rescheduled date requires additional confirmation. We have a strict no show late cancel policy. You must call to reschedule or cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to receive your deposit back or apply it forward to your appointment. Loss of your deposit due noshows and late cancels to reschedule before 24 hours will result in losing your deposit. After 2 late cancels or no shows you will be required to pay in full for future service before booking can occur. This can leave large gaps in our day causing challenges for our service providers.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
a. Liability: Bella Voi LLC is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses incurred at our facility or as a result of using our services, except where required by law.
b. Disclaimers: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information on our website or any third-party platforms. Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

7. Modifications to Terms
